Prices shown on this website are for calls made from a BT landline in pence per minute for calling the Just Call access numbers. Charges are per second from connection to the Just Call service. BT's standard connection charge applies to each call. Calls made to the Just Call access numbers via other service providers particularly mobile networks may be higher. If unsure, please check with your service provider before making a call. You are billed from the time that they are connected to the service, if the call is not answered or an engaged tone is heard hang up. You must obtain bill payers permission.

Terms & Conditions

Calls are subject to a connection charge equivalent to the p/min rate for the destination you are dialling. Texts to 84459 cost £3 and you will receive £3 of calling credit. Texts to 80077 cost £5 and you will receive £5 of calling credit. Texts to 67400 cost £10 and you will receive £11 of calling credit.

A surcharge of 1p per minute applies when using our freephone access number.

SMS Top-up Terms and conditions
You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer's permission. This is a reverse-billed text service. The cost of a text to 84459 will be charged at £3.00, 80077 will be charged at £5.00 and 67400 will be charged at £10.00 plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged will be sent shortly thereafter. Credit lasts for 90 days from day of last top-up. Calls are subject to a connection charge equivalent to double the pence per min rate for the destination you are dialling up to a maximum of 30p per call.

Cost of calls to the 03 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls using the 0800 access number carry a surcharge of 1p per minute. Calls are charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. When entering your destination, do not press the send key on your mobile again as this will route your call via your mobile service provider and they will charge you for the international call. We cannot accept responsibility for any charges made by your mobile provider.

Please note for Orange, T-Mobile and Virgin networks only 1 top-up per day is permitted and you can only use your credit from the number that you sent the top-up request from.

Please note this service is no longer available to Virgin Mobile users.
