Cheap calls from your UK landline
JustCall is a service which allows you to make cheap international calls instantly. To make these cheap calls from anywhere in the UK, all you need is the JustCall access number for the country you want to call as well as the phone number you want to call. For example, for cheap calls to Spain, you would dial the access number 0844 869 9900 for a landline, followed by the destination phone number when prompted. And remember, it's the same rate day or night, every day of the week. We will not charge you anything – your service provider will charge you for calling our access numbers.
Prices shown on this website are for calls made from a BT landline in pence per minute for calling the Just Call access numbers. Charges are per second from connection to the Just Call service. BT's standard connection charge applies to each call. Calls made to the Just Call access numbers via other service providers particularly mobile networks may be higher. If unsure, please check with your service provider before making a call. You are charged from the time that you are connected to the service, if the call is not answered or an engaged tone is heard hang up. You must obtain bill payers permission.
Cheap Calls from your Three Mobile
You can make cheap international calls from your Three pay as you go or pay monthly handset. All you need to do is dial the respective short code access number and when prompted, dial your international country code beginning with 00, for example 0061 for cheap calls to Australia. Do not press the green send key on your mobile after dialling the international number or the call will go via Three and they will charge you.
You will be billed per second by Three for the call to the Just Call short code access number and the charge will be deducted from your credit if you are Pay-as-you-go or added to your bill if you are on a contract. You will be billed from the time that you are connected to our service, please hang up if your call is not answered or you hear an engaged tone. Callers must obtain bill payers permission.
Cheap Calls from your UK Mobile
You can prepay for calling credit using premium SMS from your UK mobile. The charge will be deducted from your mobile credit. All you need to do is;
Text JUST5 to 84459 for £3 of credit.
Text JUST5 to 80077 for £5 of credit.
Text JUST5 to 67400 for £10 of credit, you will receive an additional £1 making £11 credit.
If you buy £10 credit in a single transaction you will receive an additional £1 free making your credit £11
For a £1.50 / £3 / £5 top-up once your initial credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £5. To opt out of the auto top-up please text STOP to 80077. For a £10 top-up once your initial credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £10. To opt out of the auto top-up please text STOP to 67400.
Once you have topped up your credit and received your confirmation text, you can make a call by dialing a UK access number (this is charged at your mobile service provider's standard UK rate or inclusive minutes can be used if you have any). When prompted, dial your international dialling code, for example 001 for cheap calls to the USA. Do not press the green send key on your mobile after dialing the international number or the call will go via your mobile network and you will be charged by them.
